What are the technical requirements to use TotalDonations?
TotalDonations requires at least WordPress 5.0 and a modern web browser for viewing the admin and frontend sections. All modern versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera are supported. -
What is your refund policy?
You may return TotalDonations for a full refund for up to 7 days after purchase. If TotalDonations isn’t a good fit for you, simply reach out to us before the end of the 7 days. We’ll refund you. -
What is your support policy?
Support for the free version is handled through community forms and we’ll drop in to answer questions a few times a week.
Pro users will get priority support Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST. -
Does TotalDonations work with WordPress multisite?
Yes, TotalDonations works with multi-site installs as well as with single site installs. -
Can I use TotalDonations on my client’s site?
Yes, you can. If you are interested in getting a developers license for more than one site you can contact us for a multiple license rate.
